Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an Operations Manager for the remote Production Support program. You will lead day-to-day delivery, performance, and continuous improvement, serving as the primary client-facing operational leader to ensure SLA attainment and effective ticket management across L2 and L3 teams.

This is a 6-month contract to hire with a Mon–Fri schedule, 8am–6pm ET. Start date is 9/14/2026. Compensation is $60–$65/hour, with benefits described in the offer.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading application and production support teams.
• Experience in healthcare, SaaS, or regulated environments preferred.
• Strong incident, problem, escalation, and service delivery practices.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, KPI reporting, and dashboards.
• Excellent client-facing communication and executive presence.
• Ability to prioritize and coordinate across stakeholders.
