Job summary

BLEND360 is seeking a Supplier Enablement Specialist for a remote, approximately 12-month consulting role with the possibility of extension. The role supports converting supplier payments from checks to electronic methods (ACH, commercial card).

The starting pay rate is $40.00 per hour, with benefits for full-time consultants. You will manage supplier outreach, enrollment, and questions across US time zones.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in client service, sales, operations, financial services, payments, or related field.
• At least 2 years of direct supplier enablement experience supporting electronic payment adoption.
• Professional outbound calling or sales experience with business contacts.
• Experience with supplier onboarding, accounts payable, or payment conversion initiatives is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct proactive outbound phone and email outreach to suppliers on payment conversion campaigns.
• Explain electronic payment options and program requirements clearly.
• Coordinate with business customers and internal teams to resolve questions and manage exceptions.
• Enroll suppliers when aligned with procedures and guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach, enrollment progress, and case status.
• Provide data to support monthly reporting and campaign performance.
