Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking a Supervising Psychiatrist to join our telemedicine-based team in Mississippi. You will remotely supervise Board Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners, conduct quarterly QA meetings via video, and stay accessible by text/email during business hours.

Requires MD/DO in Psychiatry, MS license, compact licensure or multi-state licensure, and at least 2 years supervising clinicians. This is a fully remote role with flexible scheduling and competitive compensation and

Qualifications

• MD/DO in Psychiatry required.
• Active and unrestricted MS license; must reside in MS.
• Minimum of 2 years supervising residents or mid-level clinicians.
• Willing to supervise a minimum of 4 NPs.
• Compact or multi-state licensure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote clinical supervision to Board Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners.
• Conduct quarterly QA meetings via video with each NP.
• Be available to answer questions via text/email during business hours.
