Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking a Supervising Psychiatrist to provide remote clinical supervision to Nurse Practitioners. The ideal candidate will have an MD/DO in Psychiatry and experience supervising mid-levels. Responsibilities include conducting QA meetings and staying updated on company policies. This fully remote position offers flexible scheduling and competitive compensation. Collaboration is particularly focused in Mississippi, requiring the candidate to practice medicine in-person at least 20 hours a week.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience supervising residents or mid-levels.
• Must have unrestricted licenses in Mississippi.
• Must practice medicine in-person at least 20 hours a week.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision to Board Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners.
• Conduct quarterly QA meetings via video with each NP.
• Stay knowledgeable of company policies and program guidelines.
