Qualifications

• MD/DO in Psychiatry.

• Three or more years of practice experience (or one year if board‑certified or hospital‑based).
• Minimum of two years of experience supervising residents or mid‑levels.
• Must have a compact license or be willing to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision to employed Board Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners.
• Conduct quarterly QA with each NP and ensure availability for questions.
• Complete annual training as required by HR department.
