UltaCare Medical is seeking a licensed, board-certified Physician (MD or DO) to serve as a Part-Time Collaborating/Supervising Physician for our clinical team. This remote role provides regulatory oversight, clinical consultation, and chart reviews for APPs.

The position offers a flexible, predominantly remote schedule with a minimal monthly time commitment, ideal for physicians seeking a high-impact side role or adaptable lifestyle.

Qualifikationen

• Licensed MD or DO with board certification.
• Active, unrestricted AL medical license.
• Active, unrestricted DEA registration.
• Experience supervising NPs/PAs or APPs is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with EHR systems and secure messaging.

Aufgaben

• Provide remote clinical collaboration with APPs on complex cases and treatment plans.
• Conduct monthly chart reviews and quality audits as required by state regulations.
• Review and maintain Collaborative Practice Agreements and clinical protocols.
• Assist with prescriptive authority delegation according to state guidelines.
• Maintain timely asynchronous availability for urgent escalations during clinic hours.
