Job summary

Thriveworks in Alabama is seeking a Supervising Psychiatrist to provide clinical supervision to Nurse Practitioners. This fully remote position requires an MD/DO in Psychiatry and active Alabama licenses. Responsibilities include conducting QA and chart reviews. Competitive compensation of $800 per month per NP and flexible scheduling. Candidates should have supervisory experience and must be willing to travel to Alabama locations up to twice a year. Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted licenses in Alabama.
• Willing to travel to Thriveworks Alabama locations up to twice per year.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience supervising residents or mid-levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision to Board Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners.
• Conduct quarterly QA with each NP.
• Complete annual training as required by HR.
