Job summary

Babson College invites applications for a Bridge Program Teaching Assistant (Math) to support the Summer Bridge Program. The role is remote and runs July 27 through August 21, assisting the professor and engaging incoming Babson students in a mentor-like capacity.

Ideal candidates have prior Bridge program exposure, strong communication skills, and comfort working with new college students. Pay is $15 per hour for this part-time position.

Qualifications

• Public Speaking skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Flexible Hours and availability July–August.
• 1 year of college or completed coursework.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple students.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and attend meetings with the professor and students.
• Provide support for students.
• Collect and analyze program information.
• Assume additional responsibilities as required.
