The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree in Special Education and at least three years of experience working with individuals with diverse learning needs, with strong collaboration

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Special Education or related field.
• Minimum of three years of experience with individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities or related populations.
• Demonstrated experience with classroom instruction and student support.
• Ability to develop inclusive instructional materials and assess student learning.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and teach four BRIDGE Program courses for Fall 2026.
• Develop accessible instructional materials for diverse learners.
• Maintain on-campus office hours for student support and mentoring.
• Support student skill development in executive functioning, self-advocacy, and independence.
• Collaborate with BRIDGE leadership to plan and improve program activities.
