Carrum Health is seeking a Care Navigation Coordinator for Substance Use Disorder (SUD) operations. You will manage the SUD team inbox, coordinate travel logistics, and provide crisis triage while ensuring accurate expense and incident documentation.

This role supports seamless member care transitions in a fast-paced, remote-first environment. The ideal candidate has direct SUD or behavioral health experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to adapt quickly to evolving priorities.

Qualifications

• Direct experience in SUD or behavioral health settings.
• Crisis management experience and basic de-escalation.
• Adaptability to fast-paced startup environments.
• Strong verbal and written communication with empathy.
• Reliable with flexible shift coverage and logistics.

Responsabilités

• Central Mailbox Management & Triage for the SUD team inbox.
• Coordinate End-to-End Travel & Stipend Logistics with tight deadlines.
• Backup coverage for inbound calls; triage and transfers.
• De-escalation & Crisis triage with clinical leadership as needed.
• Maintain accurate travel logs, expenses, and stipends for audits.
• Provide agile administrative support amid high-volume tasks.
