Great Minds is seeking a remote‑based Success Coach with on‑site coaching and PD delivery responsibilities. The role supports districts in implementing the Eureka Math, Wit & Wisdom, and other curricula, with up to 80% on‑site work in the Northeast.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years teaching or coaching experience, with proficiency in Great Minds pedagogy and a strong track record delivering professional development and supporting educators across digital and print platforms.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience teaching or coaching.
• Experience delivering high‑quality professional development.
• Proficiency with or alignment to Great Minds instructional design and pedagogy.
• Deep content knowledge in humanities, mathematics, or science.
• Ability to coach into Middle School ELA.
• Experience with both digital and print education platforms.
• Strong organizational habits and record keeping.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain expertise in the Great Minds professional services catalog.
• Provide high‑quality, on‑site support, coaching, and PD to assigned schools.
• Collaborate with Success Leads to deliver contextualized services.
• Deliver professional services on‑site up to 80% of the time in Northeast school systems.
• Gather and record implementation success metrics; document customer interactions.
• Communicate implementation insights to leadership based on interactions.
• Represent Great Minds at conferences and contribute to blogs and whitepapers.
