Job summary

SOLV Energy is looking for a Substation Engineer who will focus on the design, implementation, and testing of electrical substations to ensure safety and operational standards. This role offers the flexibility of remote work.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering and at least 2 years of experience in substation design. Benefits include health insurance, a 401(k) plan, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in substation design or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with IEEE, ANSI, NESC codes.
• Detail-oriented and strong commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Review and prepare engineering drawings and specifications.
• Provide technical support during construction and commissioning.
