Job summary

BBCH Support Services, LLC seeks a full-time Subcontracts Administrator to oversee prime contract compliance and subcontracts administration, including bonds, insurance, and related documentation. This role will issue and track subcontracts, purchase orders, consulting agreements, and modifications, maintaining accurate contract records in Intacct.

Qualifications

• 5 years hands-on procurement, purchasing, or contract administration.
• Familiarity with fixed-price, Time & Material, and Cost Plus contracts.
• Federal contract management experience.
• Thorough understanding of FAR and related regulations.
• Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Sage Intacct (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Audit subcontract package for funding and completeness and select appropriate subcontract templates.
• Using Sage Intacct, issue and track subcontracts, purchase orders, consulting agreements, and modifications for multiple lines of business.
• Request additional paperwork (bonds, insurance, SF1413s) as needed.
• Maintain the compliance module in Intacct for subcontract documentation (insurance, certified payroll, SF1413s).
• Audit Job Setup Packages for new prime contract awards and ensure accuracy before Sage Intacct setup.
• Request Payment and Performance Bonds and Certificates of Insurance for new prime awards.
• Track prime contract documentation in Intacct database.
• Request Payment and Performance Bonds.
