Job summary

You will develop recruitment strategies, coordinate local outreach, and support IRB submissions, with travel as needed.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3–4 years of relevant experience, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, marketing, communications, business, or related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in clinical research, recruitment, marketing, or communications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships and manage multiple recruitment initiatives.
• Spanish, Chinese, or Japanese language skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies for clinical studies.
• Coordinate local advertising, outreach, and social media recruitment.
• Create participant materials and support IRB submissions.
• Partner with site leadership to meet enrollment needs.
• Engage with community organizations and attend events.
• Monitor recruitment results and budgets.
• Support referrals and retention efforts.
