Zusammenfassung

The START Center for Cancer Research is seeking a Study Operations Manager - Training and Development to design and lead onboarding, competency development, and readiness programs across the START network. You will partner with Site Leadership, Clinical Education, Quality, Regulatory, Nursing, and Pharmacy to ensure rapid, standardized training for new hires and site launches.

Qualifikationen

5+ years of clinical research operations experience.
Experience onboarding, training, mentoring, or developing clinical research professionals.
Knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, FDA regulations, and clinical research operations.
Prior leadership roles in study operations or CRC training.

Aufgaben

Lead onboarding and training programs for Study Operations staff across the START network.
Develop standardized curricula, onboarding pathways, and competency frameworks.
Coordinate shadowing and hands-on training across new and expanding sites.
Monitor learner readiness, provide coaching, and track training metrics.
Support site ramp-up and transition to ongoing development programs.
