Job summary

ACCEL Schools' Virtual Preparatory Academy of Oklahoma is seeking a Student Success Coach to oversee onboarding, core interventions, and family support for assigned students. You will liaise with homeroom teachers, assist with admissions, and monitor progress to boost engagement and achievement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education, social services, or related field.
• Experience as a teacher, tutor, counselor, or mentor to youth.
• Proficiency with Google Docs, MS Office, and email applications.

Responsibilities

• Onboard students and families and manage required tasks.
• Maintain weekly open office hours and help sessions for new students.
• Coordinate welcome calls with homeroom teachers and follow up on non-completion items.
• Identify issues and coordinate with other departments for prompt resolution.
• Support admissions counseling: review transcripts and assist with course selection.
