Qualifications

• Prior experience as a teacher, tutor, counselor, or mentor to youth.
• Ability to work with a distributed workforce and clientele.
• Ability to pass state and federal background checks.

Responsibilities

• Support new and returning students during onboarding.
• Maintain accurate documentation of student performance.
• Facilitate individual and group training/support for students.
• Collaborate with students regularly to monitor progress.
