Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in customer service or higher education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Qualify and evaluate inquiries from prospective students via phone, email, and text.
• Coordinate communications with school resources and personnel as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and application progress in CRM.
• Develop knowledge of university programs and admissions requirements.
• Collaborate with teammates to meet enrollment benchmarks and provide high-quality service.
• Escalate complex inquiries to senior staff when necessary.
• Participate in ongoing training to improve enrollment and customer service skills.
