Job summary

Uwill is seeking a Remote Basic Needs Specialist (1099 contractor) to provide virtual case management for college students. You will assess students' basic needs, develop comprehensive Care Plans, and coordinate with campus and community resources to support each individual.

You’ll meet with students on Zoom, maintain HIPAA-compliant private workspace, track progress, and follow up to ensure goals are met. Flexible scheduling, work from any quiet U.S.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work or a related field.
• Unencumbered social work license in any state (Associates welcome).
• At least 2 years of client-centered case management experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess the basic needs of students assigned to their caseload.
• Meet with students virtually and develop a comprehensive Care Plan with referrals.
• Provide ongoing follow-up and coordination to ensure progress toward goals.
• Serve as the central contact to access benefits and campus/community resources.
