Job summary

Covista, America's largest healthcare educator, seeks a detail-oriented student accounts specialist to manage non-TIV funding and support internal customers and external agencies. You will process Direct Bill, VA and accounts receivable while upholding accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a flexible remote environment.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, time management, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Knowledge of higher education, military regulation, and accounts receivable preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports internal customers and external agencies with professional communication via email, phone, SalesForce, and web conferencing.
• Processes Direct Bill, VA and/or accounts receivable with accuracy.
• Performs high-volume transaction processing and payment posting.
• Maintains accurate student account records and reconciles discrepancies.
• Follows established policies and procedures and meets deadlines.
