Job summary

Post University is seeking a Student Accounts Processor to manage tuition-related processes for online and on-site students. You will support the Billing Services team, handle tuition-related tasks, and ensure compliance with federal aid policies. The role may include weekend hours and a flexible schedule.

The position offers remote work options with required home network specs. Compensation is $21.64/hour or $45,000 annually, with benefits and organizational support for student accounts

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Excellent phone, email, and virtual face-to-face communication skills; maintains a positive attitude
• Ability to plan, organize, and implement assigned responsibilities and to work well under pressure to meet established deadlines
• Excellent computer skills; able to use Microsoft Office products and university systems
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail; energetic and goal-oriented, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Possess a thorough understanding of Title IV funds, regulations, and eligibility requirements.
• Process stipends in accordance with Title IV rules and regulations.
• Possess knowledge of applicable policies, procedures, regulations, and laws to ensure compliance.
• Promptly respond to internal customer service issues, concerns, and escalations.
