Job summary

Novax Recruitment Group is seeking a Structural Project Manager for remote work with light travel. You will manage high-value structural steel projects from award through completion, coordinating with clients, engineers and fabrication teams to keep schedules and budgets on track.

You must read structural drawings, manage change orders, and maintain strong client relationships while leveraging tools like Procore, Bluebeam and Tekla to ensure project profitability and smooth delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience managing structural steel projects from award to closeout.
• Ability to read and interpret structural drawings.
• Strong budget and schedule management capabilities.
• Proactive client and team communication.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam or Tekla is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage structural steel projects from contract award through closeout.
• Coordinate with clients, GCs, engineers, detailers and fabrication teams.
• Manage project schedules, budgets and contract requirements.
• Review drawings, specifications, RFIs and change orders.
• Track project costs and profitability.
• Lead project meetings and maintain strong client relationships.
• Coordinate fabrication, delivery and erection schedules.
• Identify and resolve issues before they impact the project.
• Travel occasionally to support project-specific needs, client meetings or site requirements.
