Job summary

The Structural Engineer will design and analyze medium- to large-scale racking and automated storage systems, including pallet rack, mobile rack, high-bay, mini-load, and shuttle solutions.

Key responsibilities include structural calculations, steel design, reviewing layouts and specifications, preparing calculation packages and drawings, supporting quoting and project execution, and coordinating with sales, project engineers, suppliers, and licensed PEs.

Qualifications

• PE certification required.
• Experience with cold-formed steel or racking structures.
• Knowledge of RMI, AISI, ASCE, and MH16 standards.
• Experience with SAP2000 or similar software.
• Experience with AutoCAD 2D.
• Background in pallet racking, storage systems, steel structures, or material handling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Design and analyze medium- to large-scale racking and automated storage systems.
• Perform structural calculations and steel design.
• Review layouts and specifications, prepare calculation packages and drawings.
