Job summary
Tetra Tech's High-Performance Building division is seeking a full-time Mid-Level Structural Engineer to join our team. The role supports design and analysis of facilities projects and collaborates with senior staff across multiple disciplines.
Work options include remote, hybrid, or on-site, reflecting our flexible environment. The ideal candidate holds an ABET-accredited structural engineering degree, 4+ years of experience, and EIT certification with PE eligibility within 12 months.
Qualifications
- ABET-accredited degree in Structural Engineering.
- 4+ years of structural engineering experience in A&E and government contracting/consulting.
- EIT certification and PE exam eligibility within 12 months.
- Proficiency with Revit, RISA-3D, SAP2000, and Bluebeam.
Responsibilities
- Support the structural design and analysis of facilities projects under senior staff guidance.
- Lead portions of design work and contribute to multi-disciplinary project teams.
- Model structural systems in Revit and assist BIM coordination.
- Ensure designs comply with local/state codes and UFC guidelines.
- Assist in managing project schedules and deliverables.
