Location: Remote. Compensation ranges from $125,000 to $235,000 annually, with opportunities for professional development and mentorship, and flexible scheduling to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Clinical background required (PA, NP, or RN).
• Experience developing strategies for complex operational challenges in healthcare.
• Proven track record driving margin improvement in provider practices.
• Lean Six Sigma certification or experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead physician enterprise strategy and operations engagements for healthcare clients.
