Job summary

IHC Specialty Benefits is seeking a senior operations leader to own the strategic operating rhythm and drive cross-functional execution. You will partner with senior leaders to translate strategic priorities into measurable actions, dashboards, and governance that improve organizational health.

The role requires 7+ years in operations/strategy and a track record of influencing executives, designing scalable processes, and delivering complex programs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Business Operations, Strategy & Operations, Program Management, Consulting, Chief of Staff, or related roles.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional programs and initiatives.
• Experience designing and scaling business processes in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Experience partnering directly with senior executives and influencing decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own the operating rhythm for the business unit, including MBRs, QBRs, executive staff meetings, planning sessions, and leadership offsites.
• Develop and improve governance, processes, and dashboards that enhance organizational effectiveness.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution and resolve roadblocks.
• Provide operating visibility into KPIs, OKRs, risks, and execution progress with actionable recommendations.
• Advance people and organizational operations, onboarding, communications, and scalable collaboration.
