Turing is seeking a Strategy & Operations Associate for a fully remote role. You will support strategic initiatives, analyze data, drive project execution, and improve processes across the organization, working five days a week.

You will gain hands-on experience across strategy, operations, data, product, engineering, and go-to-market functions, turning ambiguous questions into clear analyses and actions, contributing to growth from day one.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in strategy, operations, analytics, or a related role at a high-growth startup or consulting firm.
• Familiarity with project management, business operations, or analytical work.
• Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• A strong academic background or demonstrated excellence in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Assist with research, analysis, planning, and execution across one or more strategic initiatives.
• Conduct detailed data analysis, identify trends, track performance metrics, and develop insights that inform decision-making.
• Create project plans, define success metrics, monitor milestones, and help teams stay aligned on priorities and outcomes.
• Identify challenges, help develop solutions, and contribute to process improvements across the organization.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards that clearly communicate progress, insights, and outcomes to leadership.
