The role informs executives on strategic directions and drives data-based process improvements across the enterprise.

This remote position may require occasional travel to Humana offices for training or meetings.

• Data-based insight drives process improvements in the clinical community.
• Advises executives to develop strategic initiatives and functional strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies for clinical community within the enterprise.
• Lead initiatives to increase clinician capacity, recruitment, development and retention.
• Ensure clinician licensure compliance and continuing education.
• Provide independent judgment on complex issues and guide decision making at senior levels.
