Humana, Inc. is seeking a Lead, Primary Care Strategy to partner with PCO and CenterWell leadership, shape strategic direction, and translate strategy into measurable business results.
You will apply strategic analysis, financial modeling, and executive-level synthesis to support high-priority initiatives, drive cross-functional execution, and inform leadership decisions. This role reports to the Associate VP, PCO Strategy, with remote/ Washington, DC metro preference.
The Lead, Primary Care Strategy partners with Primary Care Organization (PCO) and CenterWell leadership to help shape PCO's strategic direction and translate strategy into measurable business results. You will solve complex business problems, evaluate strategic opportunities, and develop recommendations that inform executive decision-making. You will apply strategic analysis, business and financial acumen, and executive-level synthesis to support some of PCO's highest-priority initiatives. You will work across a diverse portfolio of enterprise and business-specific priorities, structure ambiguous problems, develop analytical approaches, synthesize recommendations, and drive alignment with senior leaders. You will report to the Associate VP, PCO Strategy. Lead structured problem-solving and hypothesis-driven analyses to support PCO priorities, using financial modeling, qualitative insights, and market research. Summarize complex information into executive-ready presentations and recommendations that inform leadership and Board decision-making. Lead evaluation of strategic opportunities, feasibility, risks, and implementation considerations to support business priorities. Own priority workstreams, including workplans, interdependencies, milestones, stakeholder alignment, and risk identification to support successful execution. Facilitate cross-functional engagement through working sessions, stakeholder alignment activities, and decision-support efforts that advance strategy development and enable coordinated execution across PCO. This is a remote role but the Washington, DC metro area is a preferred location (opportunity to follow a hybrid model, working together with leader in Arlington, VA office 1–3 days a week).

Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$104,000 - $143,000 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
