The role covers acquisitions, divestitures, or partnerships, creating and refining AI-generated presentations across board decks, memos, and integration planning materials. 5–20 hours weekly at $100/hour, ASAP start, fully remote.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in corporate development or in-house M&A at a significant company.
• Experience producing board and executive committee materials for live transactions.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks for core workflows (board decks, target screening, synergy exhibits).
• Produce materials for live transactions and support integration planning decks and pipeline review memos.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure clarity, accuracy, and impact of presentation materials.
