Job summary

Akamai Technologies GmbH is seeking a Strategy & Operations Analyst II to partner with the Cloud Technology Group, building analytics solutions and turning data into insights for decision-making.

You'll work on data modeling, dashboards, and reporting, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders across Networks teams and Finance. Strong SQL, Excel, Tableau, and cloud warehouse experience are expected.

Qualifications

• 5 years of relevant experience in business intelligence, data engineering, or data analytics
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Solid working knowledge of SQL
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for analysis and QA
• Experience creating dashboards in Tableau
• Experience with AI developer tools (Copilot/Claude)
• Strong communication skills to translate requirements and findings
• Experience with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake/BigQuery/Redshift) or willingness to learn

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Network Infrastructure and Colocation teams to gather requirements and metrics
• Automate reporting and enable self-serve visibility into key metrics
• Assist in building and maintaining data pipelines and models for analytics use cases
• Write queries and combine data from multiple sources
• Communicate insights through visualizations and reports
