You will partner with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to define scope, milestones, and success criteria, while overseeing resources, risks, and cross-functional dependencies.

Qualifications

• Experience leading software engineering projects in complex environments.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum or Kanban and tracking tools.
• Strong software development background and coding best practices.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical plans.
• Excellent communication between tech and non-tech stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end software engineering projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring on-time, on-budget execution.
• Define project scope, milestones, and success criteria with engineering, product, and business stakeholders.
• Oversee resource allocation, risk management, and dependency resolution across teams.
• Implement agile methodologies to streamline workflows and improve team productivity.
• Monitor project health through KPIs and report progress to leadership.
