Job summary

Mood is seeking a Supply, Capacity & Inventory Planner to join the Supply Chain team. This role translates demand requirements, capacity, and manufacturing capabilities into an executable plan balancing customer service, inventory investment, and production efficiency.

You will own capacity planning, supply-demand balancing, and inventory planning across WIP, FG, raw materials, and packaging, identifying gaps and developing solutions that minimize aging and obsolescence while protecting working

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in supply chain planning, inventory planning, or manufacturing planning.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

Translate demand, capacity, and manufacturing capabilities into an integrated plan.
Own capacity planning and inventory targets across WIP, finished goods, and materials.
Identify gaps and develop solutions to balance service, inventory, and efficiency.
Collaborate with planning teams to align schedules and demand signals.
Monitor inventory aging, obsolescence risk, and working capital.
Lead weekly/monthly planning reviews and drive continuous improvement.
