Job summary

WNS Procurement is seeking an Associate - Strategic Source to Contract to join our procurement services team. You will manage sourcing projects from start to finish, including requirements validation, bid packaging, supplier communication, and proposal analysis.

Ideal candidates bring 3–6 years of procurement/sourcing experience, exposure to RFP/RFI/RFQ processes, and strong negotiation and project-management skills. This role is remote, with compensation in the prevailing market range.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field required.
• Minimum 3–5 years in related field; at least 6 years in procurement/sourcing.
• Understanding of 2+ sourcing categories and knowledge of 5–10 more categories.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic sourcing services (RFP/RFI/RFQ) for multiple projects.
• Support teammates on RFx development, NDA management, spend data analysis, and proposals.
• Validate requirements, gather bid data, publish to suppliers, and evaluate proposals.
