Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Senior Sourcing & Procurement Manager to oversee a national healthcare client portfolio. The role requires developing sourcing strategies, managing supplier relationships and leading a team to deliver contractual and procurement excellence.

The position reports to the account leadership team and participates in shaping the service delivery across multiple sites. A degree in Purchasing & Supply Chain Management or an MBA is preferred, with

Qualifications

• Ideal candidate has degree in Purchasing & Supply Chain Mgt and/or 3+ years strategic sourcing experience.
• Professional certification preferred (ISM, LEED).
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and analytical abilities.
• Experience in IFM/ facilities sourcing, healthcare preferred.
• Strong communication, both oral and written.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a meeting cadence with client stakeholders and account leadership.
• Develop strategic sourcing and SRM programs to manage risk and spend.
• Build and manage staff to meet account deliverables and develop talent.
• Develop sourcing strategies and analytics to support planning.
• Standardize supplier agreements and ensure compliance with templates.
• Serve as primary liaison with client procurement.
• Coordinate with legal, risk, and project management groups on contracts.
• Lead supply chain content training seminars twice a year.
