Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a senior Sourcing and Procurement Manager to lead a national healthcare client portfolio. You will participate in account leadership, execute sourcing initiatives, manage supplier relationships, and ensure contracting standards across the portfolio.

The role requires experience in strategic sourcing, supplier management, and team leadership, with a focus on risk mitigation and compliance.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidate has degree in Purchasing & Supply Chain Mgt and/or 3+ years strategic sourcing experience, MBA preferred.
• Professional certification preferred (i.e. ISM, LEED).
• Excellent Inter-personal skills, Organization skills, Strong Analytical Ability, Proven ability to lead teams in decentralized environment.
• IFM/Facilities sourcing experience (healthcare preferred).
• Excellent communication skills – oral and written.
• Hands-on role requiring willingness and ability to be both the strategist and tactician.
• Expertise in sourcing with demonstrated ability to manage change.
• Success implementing multiple procurement strategies.
• Proven ability to deliver results in challenging environments.
• Excellent PC skills, proficient in MS applications.
• This position does not provide visa sponsorship.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsabilités

• Maintain a meeting cadence with key client stakeholders and account leadership.
• Develop both strategic sourcing and supplier relationship management programs to manage client and account risk.
• Build and manage staff to meet account deliverables and develop high performing teams.
• Ensure staff perform sourcing analytics, standardize supplier agreements, and drive compliance.
• Engage diversity and sustainable sourcing programs across service lines and report results.
• Develop and execute a vision for a sourcing platform that meets business needs and client expectations.
• Maintain strong supplier relationships to support performance and favorable negotiations.
• Document and simplify disparate processes to drive consistency and mitigate risk.
• Assess and build detailed sourcing strategies with milestones and spend objectives.
• Execute sourcing plans and coordinate national and regional initiatives with leaders.
