Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a Senior Manager, Strategic Sourcing to lead enterprise-level procurement for Life Sciences accounts and managed services. You will design and execute sophisticated sourcing strategies, manage high-value supplier relationships, and translate procurement expertise into strategic business outcomes.

The role requires 7–10+ years in strategic sourcing, strong leadership, and advanced analytical skills.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of strategic sourcing/procurement experience in complex, high-value programs.
• Experience in Life Sciences procurement and regulated environments preferred.
• Proven leadership delivering cost savings and managing multi-site supplier programs.
• Strong analytical skills: spend analysis, market intel, TCO modeling.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing projects across assigned categories, from spend analysis and market research through supplier selection, contract negotiation, and seamless operational transitions
• Develop category strategies aligning with business objectives, including total cost of ownership, risk, sustainability, and innovation with measurable ROI
• Conduct RFx processes for high-value procurements ensuring competitive positioning while maintaining quality and supplier integrity
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key suppliers and internal stakeholders as primary contact for escalations and strategic discussions
• Analyze spend data and market intelligence to identify consolidation opportunities and cost-reduction initiatives
• Lead cross-functional project teams through complex sourcing initiatives across business units, legal, finance, and operations
• Negotiate master service agreements, pricing structures, and contract terms for enterprise engagements
• Lead Quarterly Business Reviews with strategic suppliers, driving performance and supplier relationship management
• Provide executive-level reporting and strategic recommendations to Supply Chain leadership and C-suite clients
