Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated, a global real estate services firm, is seeking a Senior Manager, Strategic Sourcing to lead enterprise-level procurement initiatives across facilities and services. You will design and execute complex sourcing strategies for multi-site accounts and partner with senior stakeholders to unlock value.

In this role, you’ll manage RFx campaigns, negotiate master service agreements, and deliver cost savings while mitigating risk.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or related field.
• 7–10+ years in strategic sourcing, procurement, or category management.
• Experience managing complex, high-value sourcing initiatives across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing projects across assigned categories from spend analysis to supplier selection and transition.
• Develop category strategies that include total cost of ownership, risk mitigation, and sustainability goals.
• Conduct RFx processes for high-value procurements, ensuring competitive positioning and quality.
• Build and maintain strategic supplier relationships and manage escalated issues with stakeholders.
• Negotiate master service agreements, pricing structures, and contract terms for enterprise engagements.
• Lead Quarterly Business Reviews with strategic suppliers and provide executive-level insights.
