Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated seeks a Director, Strategic Sourcing to lead enterprise-wide sourcing for Project Delivery Services across the US, shaping strategy and aligning with client objectives. You will drive cost optimization, supplier performance, and governance across multi-site projects.

You will oversee RFP processes, contract negotiations, and the development of data-driven insights using analytics and market intelligence.

Qualifications

• 10+ years progressive strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain leadership experience.
• 5+ years in construction management or related industries.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic sourcing excellence for Project Delivery Services (PDS) across multiple regions, driving enterprise-wide optimization of JLL managed services operations and sourcing strategies throughout the US.
• Own and execute comprehensive PDS strategic sourcing strategies by pioneering innovative approaches that optimize total cost of ownership across client portfolios and complex multi-site projects.
• Transform and scale the PDS strategic sourcing organization through executive-level collaboration with corporate sourcing, project management, operations, and business development teams.
• Leverage advanced category intelligence, predictive analytics, and market data to formulate sourcing strategies and deliver measurable business results.
• Advance and govern the supplier program within PDS, cultivate executive relationships with key suppliers, and drive innovation and value creation.
• Provide strategic oversight and management of RFP/bid processes, contract negotiations, and supplier management frameworks across the enterprise.
