Job summary

Premier Professional Systems, Inc. is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Director to own sourcing strategy, lead high‑value supplier negotiations, and develop the negotiation playbook. This senior role partners with category leaders to ensure member value and compliant contracting practices across the service line.

The director will drive innovation in sourcing tools, pricing models, and governance while managing multiple negotiations to deliver measurable value for the organization.

Qualifications

• Years of Applicable Experience - 7 or more years.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• MBA, MHA, JD, or related advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Builds and executes comprehensive sourcing and negotiation strategy for the assigned service line.
• Leads or co-leads key supplier negotiations with category leaders.
• Owns negotiation playbook, prep checklist, and supplier questionnaire.
• Develops standardization of contract terms and conditions across service line.
• Partners with Legal and Compliance to ensure antitrust and GPO safe harbor compliance.
• Drive initiatives to shorten sourcing cycle time and introduce AI-assisted preparation.
