• Cultivate executive-level relationships with Tier 1 and strategic Tier 2 suppliers.
• Embed sourcing strategy in the product development lifecycle and drive design-for-manufacturability.
• Present sourcing plans and risk-mitigation strategies to executives and the Board.
• Lead development of category strategies across direct spend with measurable savings and TCO improvements.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing strategic sourcing team and drive adoption of sourcing technologies.
