Job summary

Harbor is seeking a Sourcing Consultant to support procurement services for major law firms and corporate legal departments. The role involves risk assessment, vendor onboarding, strategic sourcing, contract review, and ongoing vendor monitoring.

The position is full-time and remote, with potential to work hybrid from our Chicago offices. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, conduct data analysis, and craft client-ready insights throughout engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Supply Chain or Operations.
• At least 3 years of relevant procurement or consulting experience.
• Knowledge of procurement processes, related tech, and client interaction.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PowerPoint, Word).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal and client teams to gather requirements.
• Analyze procurement functions and conduct interviews and data analysis.
• Leverage IP and research to support best-practice viewpoints.
• Create and deliver presentations during engagements.
• Develop creative, strategic procurement solutions.
• Plan projects to facilitate implementation.
• Support practice operations and business development tasks as needed.
