Job summary

Harbor is hiring a Manager, Sourcing to join our BOS team. This remote role will support strategic sourcing for clients across the US, guiding internal resources and managing data-driven insights.

The position emphasizes end-to-end sourcing, contract negotiations, and ongoing process improvement. Responsibilities include leading client engagements, developing new intellectual capital, mentoring staff, and ensuring timely deliverables while collaborating with IT, Legal, Marketing and other

Qualifications

• Experience leading project teams and stakeholders, including remote management.
• Strong project/change management, execution, and implementation skills.
• Excellent business acumen, time management and communication skills.
• Advanced quantitative and qualitative data analysis abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage client sourcing, guiding internal resources and requirements.
• Design and execute contract negotiations, cost optimization, and terms improvements.
• Structure ill-defined problems and develop frameworks and recommendations.
• Present well-organized end products to clients independently.
• Develop intellectual capital to drive continuous improvement.
• Lead operational and strategic initiatives within the department.
