Qualifications

• Experience in a law firm or regulated professional service firm preferred.
• Experience leading substantial client workstreams focused on process optimization.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, finance, or related field.
• Ability to turn ambiguous challenges into structured, actionable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead client workstreams from discovery through implementation.
• Serve as primary client contact; manage stakeholder discussions about regulatory requirements.
• Translate complex requirements into scalable process, data, and technology recommendations.
• Develop and manage consulting plans, timelines, and risk tracking.
• Analyze current-state processes and data to identify improvements.
• Guide configuration, data migration, testing, and change-management activities.
• Identify and manage delivery risks and issues; propose course corrections.
• Create executive-ready materials communicating findings and decisions.
• Collaborate with sales and engagement leadership on scoping and estimates.
• Contribute to Harbor’s consulting methodology and reusable assets.
