Qualifikationen

• Ten (10) years of sales, business development, account management, or related experience.
• Proven success developing strategic growth initiatives and expanding national accounts.
• Experience leading large-scale client pursuits and negotiating complex service agreements.

• Develops national sales strategies for growth objectives for the Real Estate Unit.
• Translate objectives into market growth plans and client development strategies.
• Builds and maintains relationships with national accounts, industry influencers, and key stakeholders.
• Expand executive-level relationships to identify opportunities, strengthen retention, and increase market share.
• Lead client presentations, proposals, and contract discussions for strategic opportunities.
• Drive CRM usage to manage pipeline, forecasting, and client engagement.
