AmTrust Financial Services Inc. is seeking a Strategic Risk Consultant to serve as a trusted advisor for large workers' compensation clients. You will perform onsite risk assessments, analyze losses, and provide consultative risk management solutions to support retention and safety improvements.

This remote role collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver value to key accounts. The position requires 5–7 years in P&C insurance, strong communication skills, and willingness to travel 20–40%

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; professional designations a plus.
• 5-7 years in Property & Casualty insurance with loss control/risk management experience.
• Strong communication, presentation, analytical, and relationship-management skills.
• Willingness to travel 20–40% with valid driver’s license.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct onsite risk assessments for large workers' compensation accounts.
• Act as the primary Risk Control consultant for assigned accounts.
• Perform detailed loss and claims analyses to identify trends and root causes.
• Lead onboarding meetings with clients to establish risk management objectives.
• Support stewardship and midyear reviews with risk control insights.
• Collaborate with Underwriting, Claims, and Client Experience to implement service strategies.
• Deliver executive presentations to clients, agents, and brokers.
• Support agency/business development by strengthening partner relationships.
• Drive continuous improvement of Risk Control programs and offerings.
