Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; 5 years related work experience.
In lieu: High School/GED with 9 years related work experience.
Virtual/remote work setup within footprint states (NC, SC, FL, OH, KY, IN).

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives from planning through implementation.
Establish governance structures, operating rhythms, reporting processes, and accountability mechanisms.
Coordinate efforts across multiple business units and stakeholder groups.
Proactively identify and resolve risks, issues, and dependencies.
Facilitate leadership discussions and support executive decision-making.
Ensure initiatives deliver measurable business outcomes.
Evaluate challenges through process and technology lenses to identify analytics/AI opportunities.
