Job summary

Humana is seeking a Lead Technology Leadership Professional to manage delivery of software or hardware products from design through production. You will work with design engineering, test teams, and manufacturing; drive validation and qualification of new components; and advise executives on strategic directions affecting consumer experiences.

Candidates should demonstrate project leadership experience, ability to manage multiple tasks, and strong communication skills for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a field related to engineering or technology.
• 2+ years of project leadership experience.
• Experience with the technologies in use in the application(s) or infrastructure.
• Experience with unit testing and mocking.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively and deliver presentations to senior leaders.
• Advanced experience leading special projects and producing metrics, measurements and trend reports.
• Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of software or hardware product from design completion to volume production release.
• Coordinate with design engineering and test teams to validate product designs.
• Support evaluation and qualification on leading edge technology components.
• Ensure production schedules are followed and products meet specs and quality requirements.
• Provide technical support to resolve customer product issues and interact with multiple departments.
