Shield Technology Partners is seeking an experienced Strategic Procurement Lead to build and lead the procurement function across Shield and ShieldCos. This fully remote role involves vendor strategy, negotiations, and process design to drive savings and efficiency across a multi-entity organization.

You will partner with Finance, IT, and business leaders to implement a scalable procure-to-pay process, consolidate purchasing power, and establish governance over supplier relationships.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of procurement, strategic sourcing, or vendor management experience.
• Deep experience with IT cloud, software, and technology providers.
• Proven track record of negotiating complex vendor agreements and delivering measurable cost savings.
• Excellent analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration with Finance and IT.

Aufgaben

• Own and manage commercial strategy and vendor relationships across Shield and ShieldCos.
• Lead contract negotiations, renewals, terms, and service levels with strategic suppliers.
• Develop centralized contract/renewal calendar and proactive renewal lead times.
• Aggregate vendor spend across ShieldCos and identify consolidation opportunities.
• Define procurement policies, approval workflows, and purchasing controls.
• Build scalable procure-to-pay processes aligned with budgeting/forecasting.
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders on software/hardware purchasing.
• Support acquisitions by integrating vendor agreements onto Shield’s framework.
• Manage vendor performance via scorecards and business reviews.
• Optimize procurement systems and workflows (NetSuite, Ramp).
• Develop spend/savings/vendor performance KPIs for leadership.
