Job summary

Shield Technology Partners seeks a Forward Deployed Operations leader to own P&L and drive revenue growth, margin expansion, and operational improvement across ShieldCo companies. You will partner with corporate finance and local leadership to manage forecasts, budgets, and performance while pursuing strategic growth opportunities.

The role requires strong communication with ShieldCo leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a bias for action using data, automation, and modern tools.

Qualifications

• Operator background with P&L management across multi-site environments.
• Grit and resilience in ambiguous, fast-paced settings.
• Strong financial fluency and ability to extract levers in P&L.
• Proven track record of driving revenue or operational improvements.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships and accountability.
• Excellent communication skills across executives and teams.
• Comfort with AI tools, automation, and tech-enabled change.

Responsibilities

• Own the P&L for ShieldCo companies and drive revenue growth and EBITDA improvement.
• Collaborate with corporate finance on budgets, forecasts and performance metrics.
• Analyze drivers like recurring revenue, retention, utilization, and pipeline health.
• Lead growth levers across ShieldCos including sales enablement and new services.
